We ship your order free of charge to all destinations worldwide.
For customers outside Switzerland, please be aware that you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
All orders will be sent out one or two days after the payment has been received. We use Swiss Post as the forwarder. For shipment within Switzerland you will receive your goods within 2 to 5 days of placing the order. For shipment outside Switzerland you will receive your goods depending on your location. It should not take longer than 10 to 12 business days.
You can pay with your credit card through the Paypal site. If you do not want to use the Paypal site you can transfer the money to our bank account directly. Please write us an e-mail stating what products you would like to order and we will give you the details needed.
Right to return
Customers have full return right within 7 days after receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in original conditions. Please inform us by e-mail that you want to return a product.
In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return freight, and lost & found will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to damaged or faulty product, we will refund what you have paid, including the freight cost.
In case of any disputes we follow Swiss laws.
All the information you give us or that we get through your visit of our site will be handled by lost & found in trait of responsible of personal data. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business responsibilities to you and in marketing purposes. We will not provide your personal data to a 3rd party.
